How to Avoid Total Boredom When on a Diet

Stuck with a limited menu and repetition of eating the same food meal after meal is too much to expect any person to commit to. Variety is the spice of life and with most diets since there is no variety there is no spice and then many resort to cheating with foods that are counterproductive. Since variety in food choice is key to sticking with a weight reduction plan, then programs like Medifast are just what we need.
