The inherent benefits of a laptop over a PC

Laptops have come a long way. These days they are just as powerful as a desktop computer and have tons of memory. It is true that laptops are more expensive but they take up far less space and are more portable than a traditional desktop PC. Moreover, research suggests that laptops are far more reliable than desktops. The reason why laptops are more expensive than desktop computers is not, as some people think, that desktop ones are longer lasting or more reliable (surprisingly the majority of computer failures have been reported to happen on desktops), but rather is due to the fact that the laptops need to be manufactured with components that must be small to fit into a small case, and at the same time be resistant to high heat levels and reduce power consumption to a minimum. We run our business with both laptops and desktop PCs and it’s the laptops that are always in demand.
